Depending on the situation, we process among other things: first and last name, company name, email address, phone number, job title, type of business, IP address, information about your activity on our website, and other data you actively provide (for example by email or form).

3. For what purpose and on what legal basis

We process personal data for the following purposes:

• getting in touch in response to an enquiry
• assessing a customer sign-up
• performing agreements
• delivering products and services
• invoicing and administration

Processing takes place on the basis of: performance of an agreement, consent, legal obligation, and legitimate interest (such as relationship management and marketing towards business customers).

Data of (prospective) customers is kept for as long as the business relationship exists and thereafter in line with statutory retention periods (for example the fiscal retention obligation of 7 years).

We may use external service providers such as hosting parties, CRM and email software, administrative software and IT service providers. With these parties we conclude processing agreements to protect your data adequately.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Access to personal data is limited to those who need it for their work.
